INTRODUCTION

The hardest part was already done.

Dr. Prashanth Ramachandran was teaching neurology to tens of thousands of clinicians a week, with no reliable path from a free video to a US$650 course. In one quarter we built one. Most of the sales came from people who had never heard his name.

Basic Neurology had already done the part that can't be bought: a large audience of clinicians who trusted the teacher. What it didn't have was a route from a free video to a paid course. We built one, and we have run it since.

CHALLENGE

Basic Neurology

Prashanth had attention. He didn't have anything carrying it toward a purchase.

Tens of thousands of clinicians watched him teach every week. They saved his posts and sent them to colleagues. None of it reached the course.

A US$650 course isn't bought on impulse. It's bought after weeks of exposure, at the moment a specific gap turns urgent. Nothing was built to survive that gap — no list, no follow-up, nothing holding the people who were interested but not yet ready. Publishing ran on instinct. YouTube titles were written the way a doctor writes, not the way a doctor searches. And on Google, every clinician looking for help was finding someone else.

Everything needed to build a business was already there. None of it was connected.
